Niittytupa cottage
36 m² | Built in 1994
Niittytupa is a round-log cottage built in 1994. While Mikko was running the farm, he personally felled and shaped the logs used to build the cottage. The logs of Niittytupa therefore come from the forests of the Mäkelä farm.
In 2013, the former sleeping alcove on the ground floor was renovated into a private electric sauna with a shower. The ground floor also includes a kitchen with a small dining area, a living room and a toilet. Upstairs, there is an open loft with four beds and a balcony overlooking the lake.
Outside, you will find a private glazed barbecue shelter, which can be used all year round. An electric vehicle charging point (maximum charging power 11 A) is available for rent approximately 300 metres away at the owner’s house.
